Please be aware that quotes can only be provided based on the information you provide and the cost of parts and components at the time. Prices in the repair industry is quote volatile at times and prices may occasionally change from the time when we provide your quote to the time we actually work on your device. In this case, we would aim to let you know as soon as we can.

If you have any additional information you can tell us about your repair, please enter it here. If a specific event occurred leading up to your device failing, it may help us when providing a quote. Don't worry, we're not going to change your repair cost just because you dropped a cup of tea on your device, or if you drop kicked your console in anger. We're technicians, and we will know (eventually) what happened anyway. If your device is liquid damaged, it doesn't make a difference to us whether you dropped tea on it or went swimming with it, the repair cost will likely be the same anyway. All we ask for is for you to be as honest as you can. It may save time and possibly even reduce the cost of your repair.
