Organize A Repair

Your personal details

Please provide us with some personal details so we know who to get in touch with about your repair. We would also politely request that you make absolutely sure you include either the repair summary (which will be available once you complete this form) or at least some contact details inside your package. If we do not receive contact information with your package, we won't know who it belongs to. That will mean your device will not be worked on until we identify the owner.

About your device

Please provide us with some informaiton about your device. If you don't know the answer to a question, don't worry too much, just answer as much as you can. It is however very important that you provide us with a serial number or identification number. If your device doesn't have one, please use a sticky label and attach it to your device.

Additional Information

If you have any additional information you can tell us about your repair, please enter it here. If a specific event occurred leading up to your device failing, it may help us when working on your device if we know in advance. Don't worry, we're not going to change your repair cost just because you dropped a cup of tea on your device, or if you drop kicked your console in anger. We're technicians, and we will know (eventually) what happened anyway. If your device is liquid damaged, it doesn't make a difference to us whether you dropped tea on it or went swimming with it, the repair cost will likely be the same anyway. All we ask for is for you to be as honest as you can. It may save time and possibly even reduce the cost of your repair.
